Floor press with dumbbells
Lie face up on the ground holding dumbbells at your shoulders with an overhand grip.
Keep your feet on the floor and knees bent.
Elbows should be in line with, or slightly lower than, your shoulders.
Press the dumbbells straight up over your shoulders, towards the ceiling.
Lower the dumbbells in a controlled manner to starting position.
Required equipment: Pillow, Dumbbell, Mat
