Folding and tearing kinesiology backing paper (How to fold and tear kinesiology tape backing paper, in sitting; 01)

Fold the kinesiology tape in the desired location to crease the backing paper.
Tear the backing paper using your hands, the tape will remain in tact.
Remove and discard the backing paper from the tape.
