Foot cycle in sitting
Sit up straight in your wheelchair.
Ensure your buttocks are as far back into the chair as possible.
Make sure the chair you are on does not easily tip backward.
Position the pedals in front of you.
Place your feet on the pedals and begin cycling.
When your leg is at its straightest there should only be a slight bend in your knee.
Required equipment: Wheelchair, Machine - cardio
