Forearm pronation/supination (bilateral)
Sit up straight with your forearms resting on your lap.
Start the movement by lifting your hands off your lap and then rotating your palms to face the ceiling.
Then rotate to turn your palm to face the floor.
Continue this movement.
It is important the movement only comes from your forearm, so ensure you do not allow your upper arm or body to twist.
