Forearm Supination Stretching

Start by standing or sitting, with your arm by your side and the elbow at a right angle. With the hand being practiced, hold a stick with your forearm in a neutral position (stick upright).

Tilt the stick outwards by turning your palm upwards. Assist the stretch further by tilting the stick with your other hand. Hold for a moment. Return to the starting position.
