Forward bend in standing ("Hip hinge, standing" Posterior chain strengthening, reaching to chair)

Start in a standing position one medium sized pace behind a chair.
Raise both arms over your head and lean forward from the hips, make sure you keep your back and arms in a straight line.
Rest your hands on the table for a few seconds to recover, then rise back up to the standing position, maintaining the straight line through your spine and arms.
