Lay some hurdles out evenly in a line with a stride size space between them.
The aim is to be light on your toes, keeping the balls of your feet only in contact with the floor.
Alternate feet will land in each space between the hurdles.
Face the line of hurdles and run over the hurdle, placing one foot in the first space, then the other one in the next space.
Pick your knees up high and spring your feet back up as you run over each hurdle.
When you reach the end, return to the starting position and repeat the movement.
