Four point kneeling: activate neck extensors and turning the head (Cervical rotation AROM, with retraction, quadruped)

Position yourself on all fours with knees under hips and hands under shoulders.
Gently pull in your pelvic floor and lower stomach up and back toward your spine then gently draw your shoulder blades together.
Keep your eyes looking between your hands and gently lift your head away from the floor.
Now progress by turning your head to one side maintaining the lifted position.
Return to neutral position continuing to move in a slow and controlled manner looking side to side.
