Full step over with support

Stand beside a worktop with a small object such as a stick on the floor in front of your feet.
Take light support with one hand, if needed.
Lift your toes up to step over the object placing your heel and foot on the floor in front.
Move your weight onto the foot in front and lift your back foot over the object and next to the front leg.
Return to the starting position stepping back over the object.
