Gaze stabilisation (horizontal) in sitting ("VRT gaze stabilization" Eyes fixed turning head right/left, in sitting; 01)
Sit in a comfortable chair with your arms relaxed on your knees.
Try and focus on an object in front of you.
You can use your thumb, held straight out in front of you.
Keep your eyes focused on the object whilst you slowly turn your head from side to side.
It is important that the object remains in focus throughout the exercise.
If it does not, slow down the speed of your head movement.
