Gaze stabilisation (vertical) in standing ("VRT gaze stabilization" Eyes fixed on object nodding head up/down, in standing; 01)
Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart.
Lift your thumb up in front of you, pointing towards the ceiling.
Keep your eyes focused on your thumb whilst you slowly nod your head up and down.
It is important that your thumb remains in focus throughout the exercise.
Over time, increase how long you can tolerate this for before increasing the speed.
