Stand up straight with your arms by your sides.
Lift one arm straight up with your elbow by your ear.
Drop your hand down the back of your neck and reach it down your back as far as you can manage.
With your other arm, reach behind your lower back and slide your hand up your spine until you can reach your other hand.
Clasp your fingers together.
Squeeze your shoulder blades together and move your elbows back as far as you can manage comfortably.
Hold this position.
