GHjt abduction with pulley (Shoulder abduction AAROM, with pulley (high), behind, sitting)

Sit or stand up straight with the pulley behind you.
Hold the handles of the pulley in each hand.
Straighten your affected arm down by your side, allowing your other hand to follow the pulley.
Steadily pull down with your unaffected arm, keeping your affected arm straight and moving directly out to your side.
Go as far as you can until you feel a stretch, making sure you are not leaning your body or hunching your shoulders.
Hold this position.
Control the movement as you bring your arm back down to the starting position.
