GHjt ER/IR(N) active in supine (Shoulder external/internal rotation AROM, arm at side, bent, on pillow, supine)
Lie on your back with your symptomatic arm on a pillow by your side.
Bend your elbow to a right angle, your fingers should be pointing up towards the ceiling.
Slowly rotate your arm outwards, keeping the elbow loosely by your side, then move it inwards towards your tummy. Relax and repeat.
