GHjt W to V in standing (Shoulder external rotation strengthening, W to V, standing)

Stand up straight.
Bend your elbows, then rotate your forearms outwards, palms facing directly forward.
Your arms make a 'W' shape.
Keeping your palms facing forward, lift your arms up and out to the side.
Your arms make a "V" shape.
Lower your arms back down to a "W" and repeat.
Ensure you keep your neck long throughout the movement.
Do not allow your shoulders to hunch.
Your palms should face forward all through the movement, with your arms to your sides.
