Goblet squat to bench – Adaptive

Stand with a bench close behind you.
Stand in a position that is comfortable and allows you to maintain your balance.
Hold a dumbbell in an upright position so that your both hands cup the weight and support it with against your chest.
Push your hips back and sit down into the bench.
Counterbalance this by leaning your upper body forwards.
Stand up back to the starting position.
Ensure your knees travel forwards over your toes the whole time.
