Half kneeling hip flexor stretch
Kneel on the floor with your knee on a towel and your other leg a large stride in front of you.
Reach your hands to the ground, one on each side of your forward leg.
Push your hips forwards, bending your front knee, until you feel a stretch along the front of the hip on your back leg.
Hold this position.
Required equipment: Towel, No equipment, Mat
