Half-Kneeling Hamstring Stretch with Stool
Half kneel beside a chair or stool. Straighten front leg out in front with toes pointing towards the ceiling. A cushion may be placed under the bent knee.
Keep back straight and lean forward. Feel the stretch behind your thigh and calf.
Back off if you feel tingling sensation down the leg in the stretch.
Required equipment: Towel, Chair
