Half-kneeling to Standing with Plantarflexion

Start in a half-kneeling position. The knee and toes of the front leg should be in line, and the ankle of the other leg straight.

Shift your weight onto the front leg and push up to a standing position. Keep the knee and toes in line during the movement.
