Half-kneeling Trunk Rotation with Stick

Start in half-kneeling with your knees, hips and shoulders aligned. Hold a wide grip of a stick and with straight arms, lift it over your head.

Rotate the stick with straight arms and allow your upper body to follow the rotation without effort. Return and rotate to the other side.

Note. Keep your shoulders down and hips pointing forward. Keep your spine effortlessly elongated and maintain width across your collar bones.
