Half Somersault (Left)

Kneel and tip your head back as far as possible so that you are looking directly up at the ceiling.
On your hands and knees, drop your head down touching the top of your head to the surface, keep the body supported by your hands turn your head towards your left elbow. This can make you feel dizzy. Hold this position for 30 - 60 seconds or until the dizziness goes away.
Raise head fully upright, keep looking to the left.
Return to the upright position.
