Kettlebell halos ("Halo" Core/shoulder girdle strengthening, with kettlebell, CW CCW)
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart holding a kettlebell with both hands at chest height.
Lift the kettlebell up to the side of your head and then rotate it clockwise 360 degrees around your head.
Repeat in the opposite direction.
