Hammer curl with dumbbells – Full range (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Hold a weight in each of your hands beside your wheelhubs.
Keeping your elbows by your sides, slowly bend your elbows throughout the full range of motion, taking your thumbs towards your shoulders.
Control the movement as you lower your hands back down to the start position.
Pause, and then repeat.
