Hamstring Stretch Assisted from the Side (supported position)

Lie on your back with your head and leg supported with pillows.
The training partner holds one ankle and knee.
The leg is lifted towards the chest.
Then the knee is straightened until you feel a stretch in the back of your thigh.
Hold the stretch while breathing smoothly.
