Hamstring Stretch in Long Sitting with Other Leg Bent

Sit on the floor with one leg straight and the other bent so that the foot is placed against the inside of the straight leg.

Sit up very straight. Arch the base of your back to tip your hips forward. Reach towards the foot of the straight leg and keep your back straight. Hold the stretch while breathing smoothly.
