Hamstring Stretch with Back against a Wall

Sit on the floor with your back against a wall and your legs stretched out in front of you.
Make sure your pelvis is against the wall.
Sit up very straight then tip forwards from your hips.
Try to arch the base of your back.
You should feel a stretch in the back of your legs.
If you can, without rounding your back, tip forward from your hips a little way.
Hold this position.
