Hanging lumbar side flexion in flexion stretch BA (Trunk side bending buoyancy assisted, feet against pool wall)

Stand up straight in the water holding onto the poolside.
Gradually walk your feet up the wall in front of you with your knees bent, allow the water to support your body weight.
Holding this position, lean your body to one side taking your shoulder to the same side hip.
Hold this position, and then repeat to the other side.
