Hanging lumbar traction BA (Lumbar traction, buoyancy assisted, suspended edge of pool)
Stand up straight in the water with the wall in front of you.
Rest your elbows on the poolside to support your body weight.
Lift your feet off of the floor with your thighs resting against the wall and your ankles crossed.
Relax your spine and lengthen, allowing the water to support your body weight.
