Head Nods - Stand with One Foot against the Wall

Stand on one leg, with the other foot flat against the wall, but do not touch the wall with your back or shoulders. Find your balance without touching your hands to the wall. Keep neck and shoulders relaxed, head should stay straight, directly above the leg, and should not move with the shoulders. Nod your head up and down.
