Head turns in standing

Head turns in standing

Start by standing with your neck and shoulders relaxed. Turn your head to one side and look over your shoulder. Slowly return to the center then continue turning the head towards the other side. Slowly return to the starting position.

This exercise activates the vestibular system/balance organs in your ears and improves your balance. Moving your head relaxes your neck and shoulder area and maintains the range of motion in your neck.
