Heel raise, reaching over head ("Heel raises" Gastrocnemius strengthening, reaching overhead, against wall)

Stand up straight facing a wall with your feet flat on the floor and your arms by your side.
Stretch your arms up over your head as high as you can.
Reach higher by going up on your tip toes.
See how high you can reach your finger tips.
Lower your heels down and bring your arms back by your side.
You could make this more fun by trying to place a sticker as high as you can on the wall.
