Hip Abduction with Exercise Band Version 1
Stand tall with your trunk activated and an exercise band firmly attached around the outer ankle and secured to the side. Take support if needed.
Keep your pelvis still and use your buttock muscles to pull one leg out to the side (away from the midline). Return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
