Hip Adductor Stretch with MET

Sit up straight and tall against the wall with your knees bent.
Drop your legs to the sides and keeping the soles of your feet together as you pull them toward your bottom. Place your elbows on the tops of your thighs. Press your elbows into your thighs and resist the movement with your leg muscles. Hold this for 5 seconds. Relax and let your knees fall further out to the side.
