Hip Extension Machines (Gluteus Maximus)

Lay on your stomach with assisted pads. One cushion is placed above your knee. Keep your hips even with the pads on the machine. Lift your bent leg up until you reach complete hip extension and then lower again. To avoid an arched low back, don't make swinging movements and don't over extend!

Caution if you have any low back problems!
