Hip Flexor and Knee Extensor Stretch with a Step

Start in a half kneel with a step under the foot of the rear leg and hip fully straightened.

Tilt pelvis backwards by tightening your buttock and slightly shift your weight forward, so that you can feel a stretch in the hip flexors (and in the front thigh).

Note: By bending the knee of your rear leg you can increase the amount of stretch in the front thigh.
