Hip flexor stretch off the end of the bed - with a stool (Iliopsoas stretch, opposite leg elevated, supine)

Lie on your back with your legs hanging off the end of the bed.
Place one leg on a stool.
Allow your other leg to drop down, stretching the front of your hip.
Keep your pelvis level.
