Hip Flexors Stretch Prone Assisted

Lie on your front. The training partner holds one leg under the knee and supports the pelvis with the other hand.

The leg is slightly raised off the surface. The pelvis is supported to stay on the surface and in line with your trunk throughout the movement. Feel the stretch in the front of your hip. Hold the stretch while breathing smoothly.
