Hip Flexors Stretch Standing with Support

Stand up straight with one foot back. Support yourself using the back of a chair.
Your front knee can be slightly bent. Tilt your pelvis backwards so that your lower back rounds slightly. Lean your whole body forward, keeping your chest upright. Feel the stretch in the front of your hip. Hold the stretch while breathing smoothly.
