Hip Flexors Stretch with an Exercise Ball

Start in half-kneeling against an exercise ball.
Tilt your pelvis backwards so that your lower back rounds slightly. Lean against the ball, keeping your chest upright. Feel the stretch in the front of your hip. Hold the stretch while breathing smoothly.
