Hip internal rotation and adduction stretch in long sitting (Piriformis/gluteals stretch, cross body, sitting reclined)

Sit up straight on the bed with your back supported.
Bend your affected leg in towards you.
Cross your leg over the other and place your foot flat on the bed.
Pull your knee across to your opposite shoulder.
You should feel a stretch in your buttocks.
Hold this position.
