Hip stability single-leg kneeling on Bosu (Hip stabilization, single leg kneeling on BOSU flat side down; 01)

Stand up straight with a Bosu on the floor, flat side down.
Kneel one knee onto the centre of the Bosu, balancing with your toes.
Attempt to take away the support of your other foot.
Hold this position, tightening your abdominal and buttock muscles and keeping your gaze straight ahead.
Do not allow your body to lean forwards.
