Hip thrust hold with toe lifts

Lie face up on a stool or chair.
Only your shoulders should be on the bench and your hips should be parallel to the ground.
Lift your heels off the ground, going up on to your tip toes.
Hold briefly then lower your heels back to the ground and repeat.
Continue for the required amount of repetitions or time.
