Hip thrust on step

Lie on your back, your upper back supported on a step, and feet hip-width apart.

Draw in your abdominals and tighten your buttocks. Tilt your pelvis backward and straighten your hips by squeezing your buttocks. Lower your pelvis down in a controlled manner.

Note: Don't let your back arch during the lift; maintain a slight backward tilt in your pelvis.
