Hold and relax abdomen (Muscle relaxation, abdomen, contract/hold/relax)

Sit up straight in a chair.
Take a deep breath in, then as you breath out tighten all the muscles of your abdomen.
Hold this position, then relax before you repeat again.
You must keep good posture as you do this.
