Hollow Body Hold with Arms Overhead

Start by sitting on the floor with legs bent. Lean back so that only your lower back and buttock touch the floor.

Reach both arms up overhead while your straighten your legs keeping them lifted off the floor. The closer your legs are to the floor, the more difficult the exercise is.
Keep your neck long and chin tucked in.
Hold the hollow position while breathing calmly.
Relax then repeat.
