Horizontal cervical movement habituation in sitting ("VRT habituation" Turning head right/left - progress to increase speed, sitting)
Sit on a comfortable chair with your arms relaxed and resting on your knees.
Keep your shoulders relaxed whilst you slowly turn your head from side to side.
Continue for as long as advised by your therapist.
With practice, increase the length of time you can tolerate this for.
Then try increasing the speed.
