Horizontal VOR on stability ball ("VRT balance" Turning head right/left VOR x1 gaze fixed, sitting on a stability ball; 01)

Sit on a stability ball with both feet firmly on the floor.
Hold your thumb up in front of you, pointing towards the ceiling.
Keep your thumb in focus whilst you slowly turn your head from side to side.
Over time, increase how long you can tolerate this for and then increase the speed of your movement.
