Incline-Assisted Sit Ups - version 3

Sit on a bench with tilted back rest and a box on the footplate so that your knees stay bent at 90 degrees.
Place your hands on the side of your head.
Tuck in your chin and curl your upper back off the backrest using your abdominal muscles.
Return to the starting position with control.
