Incline dumbbell chest flies
Lie on your back on a bench and hold dumbbells in both hands.
Press the weights up to straight arms, with your palms facing in.
Lower your arms slowly out to the side, whilst keeping a small bend in your elbows.
Once your arms reach parallel to the floor, bring your arms back to the starting position and repeat.
