Consider using an adapted grip with prosthetics or wrist wraps to ensure the dumbbell is secure.
Lie on your back on an inclined bench with your feet on the floor holding a dumbbell at your shoulder.
Keep your feet on the floor, your hips and shoulders on the bench and arch your thoracic spine.
Press the dumbbells straight up towards the ceiling.
Lower the dumbbells, keeping your elbow narrow until your upper arms just break parallel to the ground.
